Spring break is coming, so it’s time to get into the sport to be ready for the summer. All the years you take surely too late for the summer then you give up, but don’t ! I’ll give you 5 ways to get back to the sport, intensely.
1- YOU SHOULD BE MOTIVATED

3- YOU SHOULD BE WITH A FRIEND
First of all, because it’s always better to play sports with your best friend than to be alone. And for the simple reason that when one of you is not motivated to do it, you can restore strength to the other and the motivated to do the sessions.
4-YOU SHOULD EAT WELL
You can do this, eat fruits and vegetables as often as you eat fastfood. And allow yourself to do a cheat meal from time to time. Re-learn to eat properly, to eat to his hunger without too much to fill his plate. And after this meal you don’t want to eat small cookies.
5- YOU SHOULD MAKE A GOAL LIST
